Ten Point Corporation ("we," "us," "our") is a real estate investment company located at 725 Dicks Dam Road, New Oxford, PA 17350. We buy properties directly from owners. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you give us through this website, by phone, by mail response, or by text message.

- Anything you choose to tell us about your property or situation
- A record of your consent to receive text messages: the date and time, how you gave it (website form, texting our keyword, or a phone call), and the consent wording you agreed to

- To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your property and our interest in buying it

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we will send you text messages about your property inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help. We send texts Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern only, and never on Sundays or legal holidays. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors, such as our texting platform and website host, only to operate our services for you. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
Opting out and your choices
