SMS Terms – Ten Point Corporation Property Owner Messages

1. Program. Ten Point Corporation sends text messages to property owners who request them, about their property and our interest in buying it.

2. How you join. By checking the SMS consent box on our website form, by texting a keyword to our messaging number (when published), or by telling us on a phone call that we may text you.

3. Frequency. Message frequency varies with our conversation, typically no more than a few messages per week.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

5. Opt out. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, text START.

6. Help. Reply HELP, call (717) 465-7500, or email tenpointcorporation@gmail.com.

7. Consent is not required. You do not have to agree to texts to sell us your property or do business with us.

8. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Hours. We text Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern only, and never on Sundays or legal holidays.
